Sefton Court's energetic visitors can follow the River Wyre on its course from high in the hills along the Wyre Way, a 40-mile walk,
which follows the course of the river from its source to its eventual union with the sea.
Alternatively the Wyre Rangers offer a variety of countryside activities such as horse riding and canoeing. Fishing is a popular pastime locally, and the many
lakes and rivers provide ample opportunity to while away time waiting for that all important catch.
